Shipping policy

We have partnered with PostNet, Aramex, and The Courier Guy to deliver your orders across South Africa.

Standard delivery for orders is 5–7 working days, while outlying areas may take approximately 10–12 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Flat-Rate Shipping: A flat shipping fee of R120 applies to orders where a delivery quote is not required. This rate covers delivery anywhere within South Africa. Should there be any changes to this rate, you will be notified during checkout. In the event of a pricing error on our part, the applicable shipping fee will be refunded.

Quoted Delivery Fees
For certain products, a delivery quote may be required due to the size, weight, or quantity of the items ordered. In these cases, the delivery fee will be calculated accordingly and communicated to you once your quote request has been reviewed.

 

Personalised & Gifting Orders
Orders within our Personalised and Gifting categories typically require additional preparation time. Delivery for these items is usually 10–12 working days. This timeframe will be confirmed and communicated when your delivery quote is requested.

 

Tracking Your Order: Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress. Please be patient as tracking information may not be available immediately.

Shipping Locations: Currently, we ship exclusively within South Africa. We are working towards international expansion in the future.

Address Errors: Ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. If there is an error on our part, we will rectify it. If the error is yours, please contact us promptly so we can assist.
